Julinx Ltd. presently ships products within the united States of America. Regretably, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If your billing and shipping addresses are not in the USA, please do not place an order as we will be unable to ship products to you. Shipping prices are quoted separately from the product price. Shipping fees and all relevant taxes or duties are payable by the buyer. We ship products directly from our suppliers to you so shipping fees may vary depending on the warehouse location from which your item ships. However, we will never ask you to pay more than the amount quoted at the time you placed your order.
RETURN POLICY
All products at Julinx Ltd. come with the warranty of the manufacturer in place at the time of purchase. Julinx Ltd. will provide the necessary information and procedure for the return of goods to the manufacturer or distributor. Repair, exchange or replacement of returned products are at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor and it is their terms and conditions that govern our return policy. Before returning products a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained through Julinx Ltd. Products without an RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA is good for 10 days and must be used before it expires or the returned items will not be accepted. Returned products not in the original shipping packages complete with all included items and packing materials will not be accepted. Other conditions of return apply and will be specified in the RMA. A 20% restocking fee, plus any manufacturer fees, is associated with all returns that are not for exchange or repair and will be charged on products found to be not defective. This is to recover credit card merchant fees, banking fees, manufacturer fees, communication costs, or handling costs of the return by Julinx Ltd. However, terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer and we at Julinx reserve the right to act in a manner to minimize our losses while making every effort to attend to your needs in a manner satisfactory to you.
