We do not stock physical products but rather have them shipped directly from our suppliers to you.

PRICING/INFORMATION ERRORS
Julinx Ltd. reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for products based on incorrectly listed price. An incorrect price or incorrect information, can be typographical or manufacturer related. If your credit card was already charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Julinx Ltd. will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the full amount of the charge. If on the other hand there was a price change after your order was placed then you pay the price advertised at the time of placing the order provided that the price advertised at the time of your order was not an obvious error or was within the range of reasonable expectation.
RETURN POLICY
All products at Julinx Ltd. come with the warranty of the manufacture in place at the time of purchase. Julinx Ltd., will provide the necessary information and procedure for the return of goods to the manufacturer or distributor. Repair, exchange or replacement of returned products are at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor and it is their terms and conditions that govern our return policy. Before returning products a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained through Julinx Ltd. Products without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returned products not in the original shipping packages complete with all packing materials will not be accepted. Other conditions of return apply and will be specified in the RMA. A 20% restocking fee, plus any manufacturer fees, is associated with all returns. This is to recover credit card merchant fees, banking fees, manufacturer fees, postage, communication costs, or handling costs of the return by Julinx Ltd. However, terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture.
Licensing and copyright laws, prohibit returns on opened software packages hence there are no returns on opened software packages, unless defective. The return or replacement of defective software will be according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or distributor.

Julinx Ltd. guarantees that you will pay the price advertised at the time your order was placed, should there be changes in price after we receive your offer.
LIMITED LIABILITY
You agree that Julinx Ltd. is not the manufacturer of the products sold and will not be held liable under any circumstances for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits resulting from the use of this website and/or the use of products purchased there from.
